Long-Haired Kitty Kare, Part 1

OR, How to avoid getting a Lion Cut.
Trouble Spot #1

Every day, get your person to check behind your ears.
Using a comb or brush, gently run it behind the ears.

While your person is feeling for clumps (aka "rats") behind the ears,  he/she can do a little massage.
That feels soooo  good!

Mom says that behind the ears is a bad mat spot. It's good that you avoid them!!

Praline always got them behind her ears and under her front arms. Now I'll have two floofy kitties to groom everyday.

That sure is a good idea Mandu. Even though I am a short haired cat, the massage sounds like a good idea. Cleo might have the rats behind her ears though.
